Hi Kathleen,
I'm also from BC and was just researching citra solv to find a substitute. Thanks for the two suggestions, I'm heading over to Canadian Tire today to see if they have TKO. Thanks again!

A Poem

Had I the Heavens' embroidered cloths

Enwrought with golden and silver light,

The blue and the dim and the dark cloths

Of night and light and the half-light -

I would spread those cloths under your feet.

But I, being poor, have only my dreams.

I have spread my dreams under your feet -

Tread softly, because you tread on my dreams.

New Banksy in North London

A new banksy stencil appeared in North London- this one of a child (Asian laborer?) sewing a cheap string of Union Jacks.

Mona Lisa painted later than thought

DaVinci's painting has long been dated 1503-6, but those dates will now be formally altered to 1503-19, according to the Louvre.

Wigged Out!

Andy Warhol’s “Self Portrait (Fright Wig),” painted in 1986, sold for almost $8.5 million at an auction of  items from billionaire Gunter Sachs’ collection.  The price was more than double the painting’s pre-sale estimate.

Video Games as Art

The Smithsonian's Museum of American Art's latest exhibit, opening this week, focuses on the art of video games.
